Industry-first scraper servo motor, independently connected from the main mold turret.

Our system employs an independently driven servo motor, ensuring precise material pick-up and discharge by the scraper disk. Parameters can be adjusted via the PLC according to different cap weights, significantly reducing the required technical experience from operators and making the machine simpler and easier to use.

All motors on the machine are equipped with inverters

It save energy, reduce consumption, and eliminate startup current surges. This design also ensures smoother operation in regions with frequent power outages and effectively prolongs motor lifespan.

Use of reluctance motor

Replaceable discharge nozzle

Thanks to its constant speed characteristics, it is more stable and energy-efficient compared to standard motors (saving 6–8 kW/h for a 36-cavity machine). For compression molding machines, this motor is more rational and efficient than servo motors.
