In 1986, the founder of the company produced the first set of plastic bottle cap injection molds in Taizhou, which is known as the mold town of China.

Our system employs an independently driven servo motor, ensuring precise material pick-up and discharge by the scraper disk. Parameters can be adjusted via the PLC according to different cap weights, significantly reducing the required technical experience from operators and making the machine simpler and easier to use.
All motors on the machine are equipped with inverters
